We were delighted to be joined by 40 parents this morning who came into school to find out a little more about how maths is delivered in school. The session started with a brief explanation of the approaches that we use in school to deliver maths. This was followed by an opportunity for parents to look at the some of the sorts of questions children have to tackle by the time they reach the end of year six. Finally the parents had the opportunity to work alongside their children in class as they visited the maths lessons that were happening in school.
