Our Mission Statement

EARA stands for Equalities and Rights Advocates.

At Hatch Warren Juniors, we believe that everyone has the right to be treated with equality, respect and have their voices listened to.

As Equality and Rights Advocates, it is our mission to:

• Ensure everyone is heard
• Ensure that everyone feels valued and respected
• Spread awareness of children’s rights
• Ensure that everyone has equal opportunities
• Ensure our school community respects equity and equality.

What does the group do?

Our school is part of the Basingstoke and Deane Inclusion and Diversity Partnership.   We get to work with children from EARA groups across Basingstoke to learn all about diversity and inclusion.  The group work together to ensure that everyone in our school is treated with respect, that everyone is equal and everyone’s voice is heard.
